We are delighted to introduce you to Welcome Home Media, our innovative advertising platform established in 1999.
Our focus has been empowering businesses in tourism, automotive, and real estate industries with unique, tech-driven marketing solutions. We pioneered the concept of integrating technology with advertising, by providing interactive touch-screen kiosks and digital TV displays in high-traffic areas around Windsor, ON.
Situated at strategic locations like Service Ontario branches, local shopping malls (Devonshire Mall & Tecumseh Mall), Radisson-Hilton-Cleary Centre walkway, hotels, and Macs Milk outlets, these platforms served not just as advertisement hoardings, but a comprehensive customer-engagement tool.
Over the years, we have achieved a series of firsts in our region:
We invite you to explore our innovative solutions to extend the reach of your business and engage more effectively with your potential customers.
The advertising programs we’ve created stem from more than two decades of experience in direct sales, business-to-consumer marketing, and creative advertising.
Our methods provide advertisers the opportunity to include intrest teasing short video tours of their business, home, or car into their ads. We aim to deliver messages from businesses and individuals in a dynamic and direct manner that won’t break the bank.
A move that transformed the advertising sector in Windsor, ON. During that time, our reach extended to different parts of the region, with a presence in the Service Ontario Windsor and London branches, Devonshire Mall Windsor, Tecumseh Mall Windsor, Mac's Milk Convenience Stores, local Hotels, and other places of high consumer traffic.
A notable location was our digital screens situated in Devonshire Mall, one of Ontario's busiest shopping centres, which attracts more than 700,000 visitors a month. Here, we displayed homes for sale, catching the eyes of thousands of potential buyers, investors, and individuals interested in the housing market. Notably, we were the only company granted the privilege to advertise homes for sale in this popular shopping mall, a testament to the trust clients place in our services.
Our innovation and creativity in utilizing new technology to reach broader audiences has always placed us ahead in the advertising field, enabling us to deliver optimal results to our clients. Your company's image and product visibility to potential clients is our top priority, and we are dedicated to developing advertising strategies that suit your unique needs and requirements.
For those new to us, it was a home-based 'For Sale by Owner' project focused on private real estate listings in Southern Ontario. Over those fruitful years, we managed to deliver the most extensively distributed full-color newspaper. Every edition would run 30,000 copies, covering Windsor-Essex County, Chatham-Kent, and Sarnia-Lambton County.
Our project did not only reach 300+ different locations but also engaged homeowners, prospective buyers, and passionate followers. Our team went the extra mile by setting up interactive kiosks and tv screens at multiple locations like local shopping malls, convenience stores, and hotels.
This level of innovation was novel at the time, bringing convenience to our clientele and gaining a lot of interest and praise. While the journey ended in 2005, we are proud of our achievement. We succeeded in providing a vibrant, accessible, and exciting platform for buyers and sellers alike, where they could engage in fair and fruitful negotiations, and hopefully find their dream homes.
Our endeavour to innovate in the real estate sector, connect sellers and buyers in unique ways, and disrupt traditional approaches would not have been possible without your patronage.
Open House Windsor was the premier resource for all open house listings from local real estate brokers in Windsor ON. What made OpenHouseWindsor stand out from its contemporaries was its digital and print outreach strategy.
Through a meticulous listing process, Open House Windsor not only hosted an extensive database online, but it also put its name and brand into the hands of thousands of Ontarians every week through our partnership with Windsor's Pennysaver. Each listing was scrutinised for quality and reliability.
Every local real estate broker in Windsor ON contributed to this treasure trove of information that featured properties ranging from condominiums in the heart of downtown to family homes on serene streets.
It served as a central hub for buyers, sellers and brokers, and an essential tool for those hoping to catch the right buyer or the right property. The accessibility of our service extended far beyond the digital realm. Every week, we circulated our newspaper which consisted of all the upcoming open houses and associated details. Our newspaper stands could be found at over 300 locations in Ontario including local banks and high traffic convenience stores.
Notably, OpenHouseWindsor managed to maintain a reach of over 50,000+ homes with our regular inclusions in Windsor's Pennysaver publication. The widespread visibility that OpenHouseWindsor garnered and its reputation for dependability established it as a vanguard in the field. Today, we reminisce about this innovation in Canadian real estate with immense pride. The dedicated effort of our team that propelled OpenHouseWindsor to be Canada's leading real estate open house listing is orth every applause. While we no longer operate in the same manner, the values of reliability, transparency and innovation that OpenHouseWindsor symbolised continues to guide our current and future initiatives. We hope you enjoy the remarkable legacy that Open House Windsor represents and hope to continue meeting the evolving needs of the Canadian real estate industry.
The ICAN (The Interactive Community Access Network) vision is the brainchild of Welcome Home Media by developing a unique and powerful community-based networking system. The creative team of technical marketers has breathed new life into the 900-member database of the Tecumseh Business Improvement Association.
The project required the production of hundreds of virtual photographic tours that were then continued organized and embedded into a searchable database and loaded into interactive touch-screen kiosks that are accessible to the general public at busy locations in the town.
We produced more virtual tours than any company in Canada on a week-by-week basis. Specialties are office environments, tourist related businesses and real estate.
Including developing a proprietary photographic process that produced extremely high resolution images in a small file size with no need for users to download any special software or proprietary viewers. This breakthrough has enabled the company to produce high quality tours in very short time frames.
